Carillon North Tower closing tops weekly Miami-Dade condo sales

Top 10 sales ranged from $2.3M to $4M

Miami-Dade County condo sales recovered somewhat last week after cratering in early February.

Brokers closed 133 sales last week, up from 103 the week prior. Total condo sales came to $96 million, versus $61 million the week earlier. The latest sales averaged $724,000, compared to $595,000, and the average price per square foot rose to $540 from $501, according to data from condo.com.

Unit 3104 at Carillon North Tower at 6899 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach was the top sale last week at $4 million, on par with the top sale the week prior at W South Beach. Alex Algarin with Compass brokered both sides of the Carillon deal. It closed at $1,496 per square foot after spending 76 days on the market.

The second priciest sale closed at $3.4 million. One Park Grove unit 4B at 2811 South Bayshore Drive in Miami sold after spending 113 days on the market. It sold for $1,337 per square foot. David Siddons had the listing, and Robin Parker represented the buyer. Both agents are with Douglas Elliman.
